WIC Pilot Project in Northern Somalia:

We have an amazing opportunity here to pave the way for a long term presence in this village. We've already set up a program to have our teachers come and teach short courses in the local school. Bridges are being built as friendships are being forged while we live and work daily in the desert of Northern Somalia.

Location of first water well

The location of Water For The World's first water well is just on the outskirts of Nairobi. The well was relocated to this area after the political factions rioted a number of Christians in the church at Elderet.

First water well drilling

Water For The World is currently drilling the first water well. So far we've drilled through 80 meters and hope to hit water soon. Stay tuned for more news!
